Ethos Heads West
This fall, Ethos Nantucket brings its coastal-inspired cuisine to Santa Barbara for a three-week residency at Tyler x Lieu Dit Wine Bar.
A natural meeting of minds, the collaboration unites Ethos’s seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking with Justin Willet’s thoughtful winemaking at Tyler and Lieu Dit. Together, we’re creating a limited-time experience that celebrates the best of both coasts — with plenty of good food, great wine, and good vibes along the way.
From November 5–22, 2025, join us Wednesday through Sunday for exclusive menus, special events, and a shared celebration of craftsmanship and community.
